What's the URL for my Church home page?

The URL for a page in your church home will be assigned to you.  An example would be http://www.wvchurches.org/sttimothy/

What happens when I upload using FrontPage Extensions?

You may use the FrontPage Editor to create your web page.  However, FrontPage creates additional files that will quickly consume your webspace.  Do not use FrontPage extensions.  They will not work.  TIP: If you didn't create the file, don't upload it.

What happens when I upload more than 5 MB of web files?

Your ability to upload will terminate at 5 MB.  You will then need to clean up your folders and remove files you are not using.  5 MB of webspace is really a very adequate site if you use your space wisely.

Who else has access to my files?

Only the staff at CIS Internet™ and those you give the password and login to have access to your site.

What about my church?  We already have a website!

Great!! Just send (using the form)  and we will add it to our list.  By filling out the form, we have all the information about your church. This  will allow your church to be included in detailed searches.

Why is CIS Internet™ giving churches this opportunity? What's the catch?

No catch! CIS Internet™ is a service of Christian Online Services, Inc., whose mission is to support ministry in any way possible.  This is one avenue that allows the little church, the growing church, the rural church to have a web presence where they otherwise would not or could not afford to.  It is our way of supporting you in your ministries.

We do however retain the right to discontinue this offering at anytime.
